Join 100 Black Men of the Twin Cities, Inc. and Big Brothers Big Sisters Twin Cities for the second Black MENtors BBQ, a gathering to amplify Black youth potential over great food and meaningful connections.

Held during Men’s Health Awareness Month, this year’s event will highlight the importance of mental health, bringing together community partners to share resources and support.

Enjoy a meal at the Big Brothers Big Sisters office in North Minneapolis, network with The 100 leading youth development in the Twin Cities, connect with Black youth and families waiting for a mentor, and learn more about volunteer opportunities to support the next generation of Black youth.

This year, we’re also excited to welcome participants from the Jr. 100—a program of 100 Black Men focused on long-term success through mentorship and a powerful curriculum. Jr. 100 equips young men in grades 6–12 with essential life skills, academic support, career readiness, and leadership development.

Family-Friendly Event: Spouses, partners and kids are welcome!

Food Options: Turkey, beef, veggie burgers, beef hot dogs, chips and water (gluten- free options available).

Parking: Free parking is available on-site and street-side at Big Brothers Big Sisters Twin Cities.
